Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery Time
All orders are shipped the next day via PostNL or DHL.
Orders placed during the weekend are shipped on Monday.

Standard delivery time within the Netherlands is 1–2 business days.
Shipments to Belgium may take 2–4 business days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Track & Trace
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code so you can follow your package.

Incorrect Addresses
Please check your address details carefully.
If a package is returned due to an incorrectly provided address, additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
In rare cases, a package may be delayed by the carrier.
