Refund policy

Rednah Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
The product must be:

  • unused
  • unopened
  • in its original packaging
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

How to request a return
Email info@rednah.com to initiate a return.
After approval, you will receive instructions on where and how to send your package.
Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • opened packages
  • used products
  • opened Rednah hair dye sachets

Items purchased on sale or gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

If you want another item, return the original (unopened) and place a new order once your return is approved.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you reside in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if it is approved.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via your original payment method.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact info@rednah.com.
